Yellow Ice Plant, Delosperma nubigenum, has thick, succulent green leaves that will add textural contrast to the landscape. Late spring will bring bright yellow flowers that each hold a sunny surplus of feathery petals. Mat forming, Yellow Ice Plant, Delosperma nubigenum makes a drought tolerant groundcover or border. It will also thrive and make a pretty accent in cottage or rock gardens as long as the conditions are not too wet.
