Candybelle® Marshmallow is a striking smooth hydrangea selection known for its exceptionally large, soft pink dome-shaped blooms and sturdy stems that hold them upright throughout the season. Flowering begins in midsummer and continues into early fall, with blooms fading gracefully to blush and greenish tones as they age.
This variety grows 3 to 4 feet tall and wide, forming a dense, rounded habit that fits well in mixed borders, foundation plantings, or mass plantings. Unlike older Hydrangea arborescens types, Candybelle® Marshmallow features strong stems that resist flopping, even in wind and rain. It performs best in full sun to part shade and prefers consistently moist, well-drained soil.
